Job Description / Responsibility
- Personnel of Market Strategy & Brand Development will be responsible for developing business strategy with proper brand visibility tools, generation of innovative ideas or plans to develop the market.
- To set out KPIs basing on geographical location and targeted segments in all commercial endeavors (i.e. Sales and Distribution, Marketing, Online Communication etc.)
- To devise & implement yearly Business Plan with the bottom line objective to reach out the services to the clienteles thereby creation of revenue driver along with the value addition in the brand equity of the bank.
- To work closely with Distribution Team in order to provide business insights and explore new business opportunities.
- To develop monthly/yearly target as a tool to monitor the performance momentum.
